Oulu, Finland

These pictures were taken on a business trip to Oulu in March of 2002.  If they are blurry it could be from my shivering in the -8C temperature.  That's cold for someone who lives in Northern Cal.  There is no point in me describing each picture since I don't have any history on them, and barely knew where I was.  Clearly from the map it was a long way north.  The pictures are in the order I took them.   Enjoy.
